Position: Dispatcher Coordinator

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Dispatcher Coordinator, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit and create a strong team of delivery associates
- Oversee package loading and dispatch operations at the delivery station
- Manage and support delivery associates to ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor real-time delivery progress and address any operational challenges
- Maintain high standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
