Position: Client Onboarding Specialist (Sliq)

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Client Onboarding Specialist (Sliq) to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with account registration and verification.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on platform usage.
- Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to smooth onboarding.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with fintech or digital payment platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and organized.
