Position: Account Setup Specialist

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Account Setup Specialist to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guide merchants through the post-approval onboarding process, including account setup, login assistance, and plan selection
- Provide prompt and professional support via chat, email, or phone to resolve merchant inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist with merchant requests and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate merchant records and ensure smooth coordination across departments
- Identify and report common merchant challenges to improve internal processes and user experience
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, FAQs, and help centre content
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, dashboards, and support tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail and initiative
