Position: Territory Sales Executive (Western Union)
We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Territory Sales for Western Union, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus
GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive for Western Union in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the activation of new agents and conduct regular visits to high-performing locations
- Manage the full lifecycle of independent agents across various regions in Cyprus
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Western Union’s presence in key markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents, partners and customers
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new agents and business partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to agents to drive usage and performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in fintech or financial services)
- Previous experience in outside sales or door-to-door selling will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Greek and English is required
- Holder of a valid European driving licence
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across different territories in Cyprus
