Position: International Fintech Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of International Fintech Operations Supervisor, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes for Retail Services agents, ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately
- Maintain and update master files, commission spreadsheets, onboarding trackers, and service databases
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, management, BDMs, and external partners regarding onboarding progress, training schedules, documentation, and operational queries
- Monitor, prepare, and process monthly commission calculations and payment schedules for Retail Services
- Support BDMs with agent information, performance reports, and service-related updates
- Ensure all agent records, contracts, and files are accurately organized and securely stored
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks
