Position: Customer Service Representative (Western Union – Onasagorou Store)

We are currently seeking to recruit professional and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (Western Union – Onasagorou Store), to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service for Western Union transactions, including money transfers, payments, and compliance checks.
- Handle Akis Express and UPS Express courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer inquiries.
- Process transactions through the appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist with store operations and provide support to management as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Certificate.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
