We are currently seeking to recruit professional and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Administrator, to be based in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus, for AKIS Express.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and support to clients.
- Manage the delivery and collection of parcels and documents.
- Handle customer issues and complaints in an effective and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide information regarding services, pricing, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Computer literacy.
