We are currently seeking to recruit professional and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Administrator, to be based in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus, for AKIS Express.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage the delivery and collection of parcels and documents.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in an effective and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Provide information regarding services, pricing, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Computer literacy.
