Position: CRM Sales Administrator

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of CRM Sales Administrator, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with Sales Executives and provide support when needed
- Research and provide insights to improve customer engagement and sales performance
- Support clients and address any inquiries as needed
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Generate daily and monthly Excel reports
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is considered an advantage
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
