Position: Call Centre Representative (Fetch)

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Call Centre Representative for Fetch, to be based at our Head Offices in Nicosia.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chats
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Provide detailed information about our products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and general computer applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
