Position: Call Centre Representatives

GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Call Centre Representatives to be based in the Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries related to courier services
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints
- Managing incoming / outgoing calls
- Administration and Support
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
