GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Call Centre Representatives to be based in the Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries related to courier services
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Managing incoming / outgoing calls
  • Administration and Support

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
