Position: Back Office Administrator (Payment Services)
G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator (Payment Services) to be based in our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process for card acquiring services
- Collect, review, and validate client documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in accordance with compliance standards
- Accurately set up merchant accounts in internal systems
- Liaise with Sales, Compliance, and Customer Support teams
- Monitor pending applications and follow up with clients for outstanding documentation
- Ensure all data is recorded, stored, and maintained in the internal system
- Provide support in process improvements and contribute to enhancing the onboarding customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in Greek and English
