Position: Back Office Administrator
GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator to be based in the Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Edit and maintain product files using Microsoft Excel
- Update and manage content on the Fetch platform
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to support internal teams
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Support day-to-day office operations as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
