We may check with governmental and/or regulatory bodies for any information that may indicate you or your business are not suitable to be a Merchant of SIX PAYMENT SERVICES (EUROPE) S.A. We may also collect sensitive personal information including information about actual or alleged criminal offenses and we will obtain credit ranking information from third party agencies (including, but not limited to, Infocredit, Experian and Equifax) regarding your personal and business credit history for consideration as part of these checks.
GAP POS Services Ltd will hold this information for so long as is necessary to properly fulfil its business needs. Your information will be transferred to other companies within G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group to assist in the provision of our services to you and to authorised third parties and services providers including cloud storage services and our principals for any of the purposes set out in this statement. Your information may be transferred to service providers or GAP Vassilopoulos Group companies that they or their servers are based in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
